Dr. Didi Emokpare is a Board Certified Family Physician currently practicing as a Family and Addictions medicine Physician in Regina, Canada. He is the founder and current Chief Executive Officer for Outpost Healthcare.
He has over 25 years of clinical experience in a variety of countries including Nigeria, Trinidad & Tobago, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Grenada, Jamaica, the US and Canada.
His areas of clinical interest and expertise include Addictions medicine, Indigenous, Public and Digital Health. He has published research papers related to Hepatitis C Virus management in Canadian First Nations peoples and the education of physicians in HCV management in association with the Canadian Liver Foundation.
Didi attended medical school in Nigeria at the University of Benin, and went through internships at Military Hospital Lagos and the Port of Spain General Hospital in Trinidad. He then completed a post-graduate program in Family practice and community health at Mt. Sinai Family Practice Residency, Chicago USA.
He is a former member of the academic Faculty of St George’s University, Grenada, and a former attending Physician with US Department of Veterans Affairs in Indiana, US. He remains actively involved in Medical education of post-graduate students from Canadian nursing, medical, social work and affiliated programs.
A passion for technology and public service led him to serve as the Chief Medical Information Officer of eHealth Saskatchewan, Canada. He served on the board of the Regina Autism resource center, and still serves as a volunteer for several nonprofit organizations in North America and Nigeria.
Dr. Jude Emokpare is a Board Certified Family Physician currently practicing in Georgia, U.S.A. He is a Co-Founder of Outpost Healthcare and currently serves as the Chief of Global Health. Dr. Jude has an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from The University of Benin, Nigeria. He attended medical school at Saba University, School of Medicine. He completed his postgraduate residency training in Family Medicine at Columbus Regional Healthcare in Georgia. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
He is an associate Professor with a Georgia-based Medical School where he provides education to senior medical students in the hospital setting. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings including rural clinics, emergency rooms, and in-patient critical care and oncology units. Dr. Jude has also served as a medical director of a Georgia-based Regional Health organization, providing leadership, medical expertise and administrative oversight for a large multi-disciplinary acute care facility.
Having travelled extensively and with a strong background in Public Health, he has led the development of Outpost Healthcare’s global vision and expansion into virtual medical education with partners in the European Union, Africa, South America and Asia. He serves as a volunteer for several Not-For-Profit Organizations (NGOs) in North America, Africa and the Caribbean.
As Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations for Outpost Healthcare, Tenille Korchinski possesses extensive experience in management, sales, and business development, most recently working for a major Saskatchewan crown utility corporation. Tenille also has had successful stints at entrepreneurship having founded, operated and sold an independent Saskatchewan-based retail community pharmacy.
She oversaw the inception, initial corporate setup and expansion of Outpost Healthcare, co-ordinating growth and strategy with several international partners and non-profit stakeholders.
At Outpost Healthcare, Tenille currently oversees several business units, including application design, Business development, logistics management, and human resources.
When she is not juggling her responsibilities at Outpost Healthcare, Tenille is engaged with her work as a law student in the United Kingdom. She passionately volunteers with several causes within her community, including supporting resources for homelessness, community food banks, and mentoring young businesswomen.
Dr. Sharan Emokpare is a United States Board Certified Family Physician. She is a Co-founder and Chief of Research and Education for Outpost Healthcare. She oversees all educational content, clinical research, and coordination of healthcare provider education for the organization and it’s stakeholder partners. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at The University of British Columbia, Canada and attended medical school at Saba University, School of Medicine. She completed her Residency training in Family Medicine in Columbus, Georgia.
She previously served as an Associate Director for a US Medical Post Graduate Residency training program and is passionate about providing medical education and training to the next generation of physicians and healthcare providers.
She currently practices in the state of Georgia, U.S.A. She works with Medical Residents and students providing care for hospitalized patients and is an associate professor with several Georgia based Medical Schools, serving on multiple hospital and education committees.
She is fluent in English and Punjabi. She supports several international charitable and social causes.
Felix Egbase is a Registered Clinical Pharmacist who currently serves as Vice President of Global Therapeutics for Outpost Healthcare. He previously served as the former Director of Pharmacy at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and the Nathan Adelson Hospice Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. He possesses an extensive clinical background in pharmaceutical distribution and management. He has also managed several healthcare initiatives including the Antibiotic Stewardship Program of Havasu Regional Medical Center leading to best practice in antibiotic therapy and cost management. He also revamped and streamlined the heparin dosing protocol for Havasu Regional Medical Center pushing through an initiative that substantially reduced medication errors.
Furthermore, he successfully anchored the medication update classes for the cardiac rehabilitation program for Havasu Regional Medical Center. Felix is very passionate about seeking areas of improvement in clinical pharmacy. One particular area of focus is on medication safety and enhanced delivery. He serves on several Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees.
He was awarded the Lifepoint Hospital Best Product Dashboard Performer Award and has volunteered extensively with Lake Havasu City, by hosting speaking engagements on drug information to health support groups within the local community.
John Hyshka is the Vice President of Corporate affairs and Strategy for Outpost healthcare. John has been a CFO in the life science industry for over 20 years. John grew up in Saskatchewan, Canada, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. In 2016, John started Hyshka + Associates to help companies develop strategic plans, governance structures, raise capital, and undergo corporate development and licensing. He has raised over $75 million dollars in Canada for different SME’s in the agriculture, medical device and therapeutics industries and also closed a number of licensing deals valued at over $30 million dollars in just upfront payments.
His clients have included food processors, natural product companies, biotechnology, medical device and technology platform companies and manufacturers.
John spent 10 years in economic development running the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority for over 7 years, and also worked in the economic development branch of the government of Saskatchewan.
He has sat on a number of boards, including The Business Development Bank of Canada, The Saskatchewan Government Growth Fund, Saskatchewan Nutraceutical Network, Economic Developers Association of Canada, Biotec Canada’s Emerging Company sub committee and Chaired AgWest Bio for a number of years.
He is the current Chair of the Huskie Football Foundation, Chair of HCC Group - a private company in the mining industry and is a board director of the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Program.
Darren Petit has over 27 years of Enterprise Application Architecture experience in multiple fields from Healthcare, Oil and Gas and the private retail sector. His passion for application architecture and software design shines through in every aspect of his career. Darren’s architecture provides the foundation for Outpost’s Platform. As an active coder within the platform, he still contributes to the entire solution.
As a physical outlet for challenges and problem solving, Darren and his family are active members in the local motocross community. He prides himself on his mechanical and maintenance skills required to safely ride and race dirt bikes throughout the short summer season.
John Plouffe is the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Outpost healthcare.
John has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, along with 10 years serving with the Canadian Medical Association, John has lengthy career of leading, introducing disruptive technologies, seeding growth and adoption from an idea to a brand with a diverse background in many health verticals that include Primary Care, Radiology, Surgical, Optometry and Ophthalmology,
John has a passion for advancing intangible products and assisting healthcare embrace new and innovative ways to better see through the lens of their patients and their employees.
Jamie Eng was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He graduated from the Medical University of Lublin in 2014 with a Medical Doctorate and a Masters in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. Dr. Eng has held various executive positions with CANFASD, Schizophrenia Society of Saskatchewan and Carry The Kettle First Nation. He has been published working with Dr. Mela at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Saskatchewan.
Dr. Scott-Emuakpor is a Board Certified Hematologist and Pediatric oncologist. He graduated with his Medical Degree from Michigan State University. Following his graduation, he completed his internship, residency and fellowship at Michigan State University. Dr. Scott-Emuakpor holds an additional Doctor of Philosophy Degree. He is a highly trained and qualified hematologist and oncologist with extensive expertise in all facets of his work. For his hard work and dedication, Dr. Scott-Emuakpor is a recipient of the Lifetime Excellence in Teaching Award at Michigan State University College of Medicine.
Dr. Ajovi Scott-Emuakpor has been in practice for more than 40 years and is currently working within Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He is also affiliated with the Marquette General Hospital through the services that Michigan State University provides to the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan. Dr. Scott-Emuakpor is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He has received numerous awards and recognition globally.
Dr. Scott-Emuakpor has mentored scores of Physicians over his storied medical career. He enjoys teaching and still conducts several yearly medical missions to West Africa. He is very active with the Nigerian medical community and is a strong advocate for the advancement in medical education and clinical practice in that region.
Dr. John Bucholtz graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982 and completed a Family Practice residency at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia. While on active duty he was a flight surgeon and Family Medicine residency faculty. He retired from the Army Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of active and reserve time. While at Fort Benning, he completed a Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr Bucholtz is board certified by both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. Dr Bucholtz has served as chair of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) Commission on Education and served as chair of the Task Force on residency education for the first Future of Family Medicine project. Dr. Bucholtz also served many years as one of Georgia’s two delegates to the AAFP Congress of Delegates. He has been elected to the Board of Directors and served as President of the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors (AFMRD). He has served a five-year term on the American Board of Family Medicine where he was a member of the executive committee and treasurer. He also served a six-year term as a member of the Family Medicine Review Committee of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) responsible for accreditation standards for the country’s 600 residency programs. He is Director of Medical Education for Piedmont Columbus Regional Health and has been the Family Medicine residency director for its family medicine program since 1993. He holds clinical faculty appointments at numerous medical schools - Mercer University, Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine-Georgia campus.
Dr. Vibhuti Ansar is a Board Certified Family Physician practicing in Georgia, U.S.A. After completing Residency training in Family Medicine, she went ahead to complete a fellowship in NIPDD I and II at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Ansar currently serves as the Associate Director of a Family Medicine Residency training program. Prior to that, she served as the Program Director for a Transitional Year Residency training program.
Dr. Ansar is very passionate about medical education and she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor with several medical institutions in Georgia. During her Medical Residency, she served as the Chief Resident at her training program where she helped develop and implement a novel morning report series for Medical Residents. She serves on multiple hospital committees for advancement of Residency issues.
She has also participated in extensive clinical research especially in the area of Diabetes care where she successfully piloted a Diabetic group management program. She also earned NCQA/ADA Diabetes Physician Recognition. She is also a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, Association for Hospital Medical Education and the American Medical Association. She has received numerous awards including Physician of the Year in Clinical Teaching and Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Award. She has numerous publications.

John Aisien is the Co-Founder CEO of Blue Cedar. He brings a wealth of relevant experience as a successful software product and go-to-market executive, with stints running multiple functions in emerging, high-growth & in large enterprise software firms. Most recently, John was Chief Operating Officer at Mocana, responsible for its mobile business, which he led the spin out of, to found Blue Cedar. Prior to that, he ran Global Outbound Product Management for Oracle's Fusion Middleware business. He also ran product, marketing and business development for Thor, a leading pioneer in identity management, which was acquired by Oracle.
Nnenna Kalu Makanjuola, PharmD, MPH, is the founder, publisher and editor-in-chief of Radiant, a health magazine for women of African descent.
Radiant has grown to become the leading health magazine for African women across the globe and is distributed globally in four continents at major retailers and newsstands. Nnenna started her studies in Pharmacy at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, prior to moving to the U.S. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Texas Tech University and her Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University.
Her lifelong commitment to improving health outcomes for Africans began with her work as a pharmacist. Wanting to make a larger impact, she transitioned to the public health sector starting as an intern at the World Health Organization (WHO) Geneva where she helped to develop data for the WHO Global Infobase, a country-level database of non-communicable disease risk factors. Nnenna served as a Global Health Fellow at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she spent a year in Tanzania working to strengthen the laboratory system for HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment monitoring. She continued her public health work at CDC Atlanta and later as a consultant for the D.C. based Advocates for Youth before going on to launch Radiant Health Magazine.
Nnenna has been featured in various media outlets including Voice of America, How We Made it In Africa, She Leads Africa; as a panel speaker at the Wharton School of Business’ Africa Business Forum, and was named one of 41 Nigerian Women Entrepreneurs Putting the Country on the Global Business Map by Lionesses of Africa.
Devinder Sekhon is currently the Chief Financial and Administration Officer with a large not-profit charitable organization in British Columbia, Canada responsible for providing housing, health and social services to marginalized populations. Here he leads the strategic development, financial sustainability and growth, modern and secure technology infrastructure, operational effectiveness and sound governance at the PHS Community Services Society. In this role he has pioneered new services, put the organization’s finances on a sound footing, negotiated new and additional funding from several stakeholders, and driven many significant operational improvements.
Prior to joining PHS, Mr. Sekhon held a variety of senior leadership and executive roles with the Canada Revenue Agency where he introduced regional succession planning, reduced court backlogs, improved relations with stakeholders, and maximize taxpayer use of electronic filing. Devinder is very passionate about social justice and quality of life causes. He has been active in the community and has served on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations and community agencies. Mr. Sekhon has long been involved in charitable and community service activities for which he was awarded the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002 and CRA award of Excellence in public service. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, Certified Health Executive, Mr. Sekhon also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
Devinder has also been involved in running a successful small business and providing public accounting, income tax and business consulting services.

Kanene Dieobi is the MD/CEO of Terra Nova 7 Group where he is primarily responsible for the design, development and implementation of corporate strategy and operations.
He holds a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also holds a M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Westminster, London and PgD in Environmental Pollution Control from the University of Central England, Birmingham.
He has extensive experience in project delivery programmes for multinational companies.
He was responsible for the delivery of key IT software for measurement of sustainability in the built environment, management of an In-house and Offshore software development team.
He has extensive experience in the IT sector and was responsible for the audit of IT infrastructure and assets in use at LU head office in Canary Wharf, London during the transition from IT providers EDS to IT Net. He was directly responsible for auditing and documenting software applications related to Oracle databases and Document Management Systems.
He serves as a program director on Awele Creative Trust, where his role primarily involves setting up ACT infrastructure and operational framework to enable the delivery of international literary arts workshops and residencies.
He is a keen musician and percussionist. He is married and enjoys spending time with his family, he loves to travel the globe and did we mention, he is an avid music lover and a professional DJ.
Dr. Carlos Wise is a Board Certified Family Physician in Georgia, U.S.A. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Talladega College and Master of Science degree in Genetics from Purdue University. He obtained his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was commissioned in The United States Army as a second Lieutenant while in medical school. After medical school, he came to Fort Benning, Georgia as an intern and went on to complete his Residency training there.
He attended and completed the Flight Surgeons Course and earned a certification in Aviation Medicine. He worked in Camp Humphreys, Korea, as a Clinic Chief where he directed a large full service Family Medicine Clinic and a small village satellite. He then returned to Fort Benning, U.S.A., first to the flight line; and finally to the Family Medicine Clinic where he became part of the Residency Teaching staff. He is an Iraq War Veteran, leaving the Army at the rank of Major in 2004. A breast plate full of awards for work and service followed him, including the Bronze Star for his work in Iraq. He spent several years in private practice and eventually joined a US Medical Postgraduate Residency training programme where he served as an Associate Director for several years. He then went on to join the Veterans Administration Health Care team where he currently serves as a Chief Medical Officer for the Fort Benning and Columbus Veterans Affairs Clinics.
Dr. Wise loves gardening, reading and singing in his church choir.

Patrick is a Senior Software Developer with experience in software architecture, front and backend development, as well as gathering and developing business requirements. He has been successfully implementing solutions for clients for over seven years.
Patrick has made a move from consulting to building start ups in recent years with a focus on creating performant, beautiful to use, customer facing web application. He loves sharing his passion for ReactJS with the community by giving talks and sharing articles on his blog.
He has been working in various industries including Healthcare, Supply Chain, and Digital Identity. He served as the Vice Chair of the Outreach Expert Committee at the Digital Identity Authentication Council of Canada.
When he is not developing software applications, Patrick enjoys scuba diving and rowing.
Jayshree Paladiya is an IT Professional, who has her Masters Degree in Science Information Technology. She has over 5 years of experience in delivering native and cross platforms with both Android & iOS Applications.
Luke is a Mobile App Developer with several years of experience developing native apps for both iOS and Android. He has extensive experience working in various startups as well as in the IoT industry. Luke's passions include keeping up to date with the latest tech and watching a lot of soccer.
Dr. Ifeoma Ricketts is a Dermatologist currently practicing in Nigeria. She is the Medical Director at the Nigerian Shipper’s Council in Lagos where she is responsible for all the administrative and medical needs of the division. Dr. Ricketts obtained her medical degree from the University of Jos, Nigeria and two postgraduate degrees in Clinical Dermatology from Cardiff University, Wales.
Dr. Ricketts is also the Head of the Policy Thrust and Clinical Development Unit at the Rivers State Civil Service Commission, Nigeria. In this role, she coordinates training for medical professionals as well as all NGO activities for Rivers State at the Primary Healthcare level. In addition, she formulates policy and meets with board stakeholders representatives from entities including WHO, UNICEF and MSF.
Previously, Dr. Ricketts was the Special Advisor to the Governor of Rivers State on Medical Waste Management, where she strategized the formulation, planning, organization and disposal of medical waste.
Dr. Ricketts also has an active role in running bi-weekly HIV clinics for the Braithwaite Memorial Specialist Hospital in Port Harcourt, where she was promoted to Senior Medical Officer. Dr. Ricketts attends an array of international medical conferences and is an active member of several professional associations and bodies including the Nigerian Medical Association, Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria, Medical Women’s International Associations and Nigerian Association of Dermatologists.
Dr. Wasik Ashraf is a practicing orthopedic surgeon in the state of New York. After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in biology from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York, Dr. Ashraf went on to receive his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then trained in Orthopedic Surgery at North Shore University Hospital in Plainview, New York, and completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Hughston Foundation in Columbus, Georgia. Before becoming a surgeon, Dr. Ashraf was a licensed emergency medical technician who worked as a volunteer and participated in community education programs.
Dr. Ashraf has a passion for sports medicine and research. He has provided team coverage for the Roslyn, Manhasset, and Hewlett, New York high school football teams, and during his Hughston Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Hughston Foundation took care of team coverage for the Columbus Cottonmouth professional hockey team. Additionally, Dr. Ashraf presented his research at the 2015 Hughston Society meeting and has published a book chapter on capsular repair of posterolateral corner knee injuries. His specialties include arthroscopy and sports medicine, and he has a particular interest in cartilage restoration and joint preservation.
Dr. Ashraf is also a member of the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine (AOSSM) and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO) as well as Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA).
Dr. James Sirleaf is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician practicing in the state of Georgia, U.S.A. He completed his undergraduate work at Morehouse College and trained in emergency medicine at New York's Metropolitan Hospital, Meharry Medical College and Atlanta University. Dr. Sirleaf is currently the Medical Director for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Piedmont Midtown Medical Center.
Prior to this, he served as the Medical Director of Emergency Medicine at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, Georgia. He is also very active in medical education and served as an assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, Connecticut, U.S.A. Dr. Sirleaf was also the Director of Physician Assistant Training in Emergency Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital, U.S.A.
He was also the EMS Director at Southern Connecticut EMS Control where he was responsible for the coordination of EMS responses, setting protocols, evaluation and disciplining of Paramedics and EMTs. He is also a founding Member and Chairman of HEARTT (Health Education and Relief Through Teaching), an NGO that assists and helps to educate Health care workers in Liberia.
Dr. Zainab Mogul-Ashraf is a Board Certified Internist who specializes in cosmetic care for men and women. She practices in New York. Dr. Zainab graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University in New York and then continued her education at Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. She completed her residency training in internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. She continues to serve as an internist at Vassar Hospital.
She is also the owner and medical director of Hebe Medical Spa, New York. Dr. Zainab has always had a passion for overall wellness, beauty, and anti-aging treatments.
As a skilled physician, Dr. Zainab is well-versed in internal medicine and cosmetic care for the face, body, and skin. She is also certified in injectables and nonsurgical laser treatments, which enables her to perform these procedures safely and effectively while producing natural-looking results. Dr. Joy Adegbile is a Board Certified Family Physician practicing in several states in the U.S.A. including Alabama, Florida and Georgia. She obtained her medical education from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Thereafter she went on to pursue Residency training in Family Medicine in Georgia, U.S.A. She then completed a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Alabama. She was a Congress Delegate for the Georgia Association of Family Physicians. She has also served as Medical Director of numerous Health facilities in the South Eastern U.S.A. She has national recognition in the area of clinical medicine including, National Committee For Quality Assurance (NCQA) Recognition and Highest Level Recognition (Program Level 3) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Dr. Bimi Sidhu is a Board Certified Internist currently practicing in Ontario, Canada. She obtained her undergraduate training at The University of Toronto, Canada. Thereafter, she attended Saba University, School of medicine where she immersed herself in the diverse world of medicine, eventually leading up to her residency choice of internal medicine at Bridgeport Hospital Yale New Haven Health. It is there that she thrived to learn the complexity of human ailments and a wide variety of treatment measures. Loving every aspect of the complex human body, she was very happy with her choice of pursuing Internal Medicine as her specialty. Eventually after completing her residency she served as a Hospitalist at Midmichigan Health Center, University of Michigan. Dr. Wasik Ashraf is a practicing orthopedic surgeon in the state of New York. After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in biology from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York, Dr. Ashraf went on to receive his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then trained in Orthopedic Surgery at North Shore University Hospital in Plainview, New York, and completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Hughston Foundation in Columbus, Georgia. Before becoming a surgeon, he was a licensed emergency medical technician who worked as a volunteer and participated in community education programs.
Dr. Ashraf has a passion for sports medicine and research. He has provided team coverage for the Roslyn, Manhasset, and Hewlett, New York high school football teams, and during his Hughston Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Hughston Foundation took care of team coverage for the Columbus Cottonmouth professional hockey team. Additionally, Dr. Ashraf presented his research at the 2015 Hughston Society meeting and has published a book chapter on capsular repair of posterolateral corner knee injuries. His specialties include arthroscopy and sports medicine, and he has a particular interest in cartilage restoration and joint preservation.

Dr. Sharan Emokpare is a United States Board Certified Family Physician. She oversees all educational content, clinical research, and coordination of healthcare provider education for the organization and it’s stakeholder partners. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at The University of British Columbia, Canada and attended medical school at Saba University, School of Medicine. She completed her Residency training in Family Medicine in Columbus, Georgia.
She previously served as an Associate Director for a US Medical Post Graduate Residency training program and is passionate about providing medical education and training to the next generation of physicians and healthcare providers.

Dr. Ravi Singh is a board certified Internist currently practicing in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Vibhuti Ansar is a Board Certified Family Physician practicing in Georgia, U.S.A. After completing Residency training in Family Medicine, she went ahead to complete a fellowship in NIPDD I and II at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Nike Kubeyinje is a Board Certified Pediatrician currently practicing in Florida, U.S.A. She obtained her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. She then completed her Pediatrics residency training at Children’s National Medical Centre and stayed on as staff member upon graduating, first as an ED associate in the Emergency Department before deciding on Primary Care. During Residency, Dr. Kubeyinje found her niche in Community Health, due to her keen interest in serving the underserved in the D.C. metropolitan area. Since then, she has practiced in several community clinics with a brief foray into private practice. Currently, she serves as the Medical Director of Pediatrics at the Wheeler Health and Wellness Centre in Hartford, Connecticut which seeks to integrate behavioral, developmental, emotional and oral health with primary medical care. Dr. Kubeyinje’s desire is to empower the patient population in which she serves; by educating children and their parents about their specific health concerns while emphasizing prevention and maintenance so they are able to own and control their health.
Dr. Efe Aisien is a Gastroenterologist practicing in the state of Indiana, U.S.A. He was born in Benin City, Nigeria and obtained his medical education at the University of Benin after which he had a brief stint as a resident doctor in the Department of Radiology at the same institution. Dr. Folarin Olubowale is an Infectious Disease Physician practicing in the state of Georgia, U.S.A. He attended Government College Ibadan, where he completed his WASC and his USC before being admitted to the College of Medicine at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and graduating with an M.B.B.S. After working at various healthcare facilities in Lagos, Nigeria he proceeded to continue his medical training in North America. Dr. Zainab Mogul-Ashraf is a Board Certified Internist who specializes in cosmetic care for men and women. She practices in New York. Dr. Carlos Wise is a Board Certified Family Physician in Georgia, U.S.A. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Talladega College and Master of Science degree in Genetics from Purdue University. He obtained his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was commissioned in The United States Army as a second Lieutenant while in medical school. After medical school, he came to Fort Benning, Georgia as an intern and went on to complete his Residency training there.
He attended and completed the Flight Surgeons Course and earned a certification in Aviation Medicine. He worked in Camp Humphreys, Korea, as a Clinic Chief where he directed a large full service Family Medicine Clinic and a small village satellite. He then returned to Fort Benning, U.S.A., first to the flight line; and finally to the Family Medicine Clinic where he became part of the Residency Teaching staff. He is an Iraq War Veteran, leaving the Army at the rank of Major in 2004. A breast plate full of awards for work and service followed him, including the Bronze Star for his work in Iraq. He spent several years in private practice and eventually joined a US Medical Postgraduate Residency training programme where he served as an Associate Director for several years. He then went on to join the Veterans Administration Health Care team where he currently serves as a Chief Medical Officer for the Fort Benning and Columbus Veterans Affairs Clinics.

Dr. Ifeoma Ricketts is a Dermatologist currently practicing in Nigeria. She is the Medical Director at the Nigerian Shipper’s Council in Lagos where she is responsible for all the administrative and medical needs of the division. Ila Wenaus is a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) working with children, adolescents, and adults out of Regina, Saskatchewan. She has been a member of the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists since May 2018. When working with clients it is her aim to understand each person as a unique and whole person. Cindy Flamont graduated with honours with a diploma in Nursing from Northern College
of Applied Arts in Kapuskasing, Ontario. Cindy then embarked on a career that would lead her to a variety of nursing settings in rural and remote hospitals. In 2011, she obtained specialist certification from the Canadian Nurses Association in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care Transfer Provider certification from STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service) and 1001 Firefighter certification.
Cindy also has experience in labour and delivery, postpartum care, medical/acute care, endoscopy, and Pre-Anesthesia Care education and assessment. As a commissioned officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Cadet Instructor Cadre, she has worked as
Administration Officer and Training Officer since 2006, reaching the rank of Lieutenant. In 2015, she obtained the Perioperative Nursing Certification from Saskatchewan Polytechnic, and is currently working in the operating room at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina. Dr. Phyllis Ohene-Agyei received her medical training from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. She has a double masters’ degree in Public Health and Environmental Health from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sante Publique, France respectively.
Dr. Ohene-Agyei currently works with a non-governmental organization (Action against Hunger) in improving the nutritional and health status of women and children in Sierra Leone, West Africa. She also serves as the Gender Champion for the country office, where she leads the design and monitoring of the mission's gender action plan to achieve the organization’s Gender Minimum Standards for staff and beneficiaries.
She has significant experience in delivering care in both clinical and non-clinical settings. She worked in a teaching hospital and university hospital in different departments providing emergency, in-patient and out-patient care. She also served as the clinic manager and medical doctor-on-site for two multinational construction companies undertaking projects for the Government of Ghana. She was in charge of clinical staff training, delivering clinical care, procurement of medical supplies and health promotion activities.

This informed her decision to join an association of African public health professionals (Association of African Population Health Researchers) involved in population health research on the continent. She currently serves as the Vice-President – Communications and Advocacy for the association. She recently co-authored a paper (under review) on the prevalence of anaemia in children under 5 years in Togo and the population attributable fraction of the different risk factors.
She is a member of the Ghana Medical Association.

Felix Egbase is a Registered Clinical Pharmacist. He previously served as the former Director of Pharmacy at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and the Nathan Adelson Hospice Center, Las Vegas, Nevada. He possesses an extensive clinical background in pharmaceutical distribution and management. He has also managed several healthcare initiatives including the Antibiotic Stewardship Program of Havasu Regional Medical Center leading to best practice in antibiotic therapy and cost management. He also revamped and streamlined the heparin dosing protocol for Havasu Regional Medical Center pushing through an initiative that substantially reduced medication errors.
Furthermore, he successfully anchored the medication update classes for the cardiac rehabilitation program for Havasu Regional Medical Center. Felix is very passionate about seeking areas of improvement in clinical pharmacy. One particular area of focus is on medication safety and enhanced delivery. He serves on several Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees.
He was awarded the Lifepoint Hospital Best Product Dashboard Performer Award and has volunteered extensively with Lake Havasu City, by hosting speaking engagements on drug information to health support groups within the local community.
Dr. Sharan Emokpare is a United States Board Certified Family Physician. She is a Co-founder and Vice President of Research and Education for Outpost Healthcare. She oversees all educational content, clinical research, and coordination of healthcare provider education for the organization and it’s stakeholder partners. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at The University of British Columbia, Canada and attended medical school at SABA University. She completed her Residency training in Family Medicine in Columbus, Georgia.
She previously served as an Associate Director for a US Medical Post Graduate Residency training program and is passionate about providing medical education and training to the next generation of physicians and healthcare providers.
She currently practices in the state of Georgia, U.S.A. She works with Medical Residents and students providing care for hospitalized patients and is an associate professor with several Georgia based Medical Schools, serving on multiple hospital and education committees.
She is fluent in English and Punjabi. She supports several international charitable and social causes.
Dr. Carlos Wise is a Board Certified Family Physician in Georgia, U.S.A. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Talladega College and Master of Science degree in Genetics from Purdue University. He obtained his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was commissioned in The United States Army as a second Lieutenant while in medical school. After medical school, he came to Fort Benning, Georgia as an intern and went on to complete his Residency training there.
He attended and completed the Flight Surgeons Course and earned a certification in Aviation Medicine. He worked in Camp Humphreys, Korea, as a Clinic Chief where he directed a large full service Family Medicine Clinic and a small village satellite. He then returned to Fort Benning, U.S.A., first to the flight line; and finally to the Family Medicine Clinic where he became part of the Residency Teaching staff. He is an Iraq War Veteran, leaving the Army at the rank of Major in 2004. A breast plate full of awards for work and service followed him, including the Bronze Star for his work in Iraq. He spent several years in private practice and eventually joined a US Medical Postgraduate Residency training programme where he served as an Associate Director for several years. He then went on to join the Veterans Administration Health Care team where he currently serves as a Chief Medical Officer for the Fort Benning and Columbus Veterans Affairs Clinics.
Dr. Wise loves gardening, reading and singing in his church choir.

Dr. Wasik Ashraf is a practicing orthopedic surgeon in the state of New York. After graduating summa cum laude with a degree in biology from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York, Dr. Ashraf went on to receive his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then trained in Orthopedic Surgery at North Shore University Hospital in Plainview, New York, and completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Hughston Foundation in Columbus, Georgia. Before becoming a surgeon, Dr. Ashraf was a licensed emergency medical technician who worked as a volunteer and participated in community education programs.
Dr. Ashraf has a passion for sports medicine and research. He has provided team coverage for the Roslyn, Manhasset, and Hewlett, New York high school football teams, and during his Hughston Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Hughston Foundation took care of team coverage for the Columbus Cottonmouth professional hockey team. Additionally, Dr. Ashraf presented his research at the 2015 Hughston Society meeting and has published a book chapter on capsular repair of posterolateral corner knee injuries. His specialties include arthroscopy and sports medicine, and he has a particular interest in cartilage restoration and joint preservation.
Dr. Ashraf is also a member of the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine (AOSSM) and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (AOAO) as well as Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA).
Dr. Zainab Mogul-Ashraf is a Board Certified Internist who specializes in cosmetic care for men and women. She practices in New York. Dr. Zainab graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University in New York and then continued her education at Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. She completed her residency training in internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. She continues to serve as an internist at Vassar Hospital.
She is also the owner and medical director of Hebe Medical Spa, New York. Dr. Zainab has always had a passion for overall wellness, beauty, and anti-aging treatments.

Dr. Nike Kubeyinje is a Board Certified Pediatrician currently practicing in Florida, U.S.A. She obtained her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. She then completed her Pediatrics residency training at Children’s National Medical Centre and stayed on as staff member upon graduating, first as an ED associate in the Emergency Department before deciding on Primary Care. During Residency, Dr. Kubeyinje found her niche in Community Health, due to her keen interest in serving the underserved in the D.C. metropolitan area. Since then, she has practiced in several community clinics with a brief foray into private practice. Currently, she serves as the Medical Director of Pediatrics at the Wheeler Health and Wellness Centre in Hartford, Connecticut which seeks to integrate behavioral, developmental, emotional and oral health with primary medical care. Dr. Kubeyinje’s desire is to empower the patient population in which she serves; by educating children and their parents about their specific health concerns while emphasizing prevention and maintenance so they are able to own and control their health.
