Coordinate Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, specialists, and pharmacists, to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Health Promotion: Advocate for health promotion and disease prevention, encouraging patients to adopt healthy lifestyles and behaviors.
Resource Navigation: Assist patients in navigating healthcare resources and services, helping them access the appropriate care and support.
Medication Management: Provide guidance on medication management, ensuring patients understand their medications, dosages, and potential side effects.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to patient crises, providing immediate support and coordinating with relevant healthcare providers for intervention.
Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, representing patients’ needs and preferences in discussions with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Technology Utilization: Leverage Telehealth technology to enhance patient care, utilizing digital tools and platforms for consultations, monitoring, and communication.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest nursing best practices, medical developments, and healthcare regulations, participating in continuing education opportunities.
Educate Patients: Provide educational materials and resources to patients, ensuring they have the necessary information to manage their health conditions and make informed decisions about their care.
Maintain comprehensive, timely, and legible medical records.
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and international health information privacy laws.
Engage with a diverse patient population, ensuring a personalized and comforting experience.
Active RN license and in good standing with the Nigerian Nursing and Midwifery Council
Fluent in English; Multilingualism in other languages is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Customer service, sales, retail, or a hospitality industry background is an asset.
Excellent clinical performance background and a passion for high-quality, safe medical care.
Proficient with Electronic Medical Records and computer-based applications.
Excellent communication skills and a highly outgoing personality.
